WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

 

We provide standard transportation and expedited transportation. Standard transportation is $4 for orders below $59. And Standard transportation is free for orders over $59. The discount applies automatically at the checkout.

Expedited transportation is $26 for all orders. During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

 

How long will I receive my order?

 

Processing Time: Normally 2-5 Business Days

Standard Shipping: Normally 7-15 Business Days

Expedited Shipping Time: Normally 4-7 Business Days

Receiving Time: Processing Time+Shipping Time

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

Usually it takes 7~15 business days to process your order before it's shipped.

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

 

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

 

TAX AND DUTIES

The price includes tax, customers do not need to pay additional tax.

 

CUSTOMS : IMPORT TAX

If the items are detained by Customs after the ship left the seller's country, the buyer is requested to deal with it.
